When you visit this website, submit a request, sign a Letter of Authorization, upload documents, or communicate with us, you are doing business with WHITE OMAR LLC, and all services, representations, and obligations described herein are provided by WHITE OMAR LLC under the Daddy's Electric brand.

Throughout this website and in our communications, the names 'Daddy's Electric,' 'DADDY'S ELECTRIC,' 'we,' 'us,' and 'our' refer to WHITE OMAR LLC unless otherwise stated. The Daddy's Electric brand name is used for marketing and customer-facing purposes only and does not create a separate legal entity.

WHITE OMAR LLC, operating under the DADDY'S ELECTRIC brand, is an independent energy and gas brokerage operating nationally in deregulated retail electricity and natural gas markets. WHITE OMAR LLC is NOT a public utility, distribution company, licensed retail electric provider, licensed natural gas supplier, or holder of any state-issued supplier license.

WHITE OMAR LLC does not own or operate generation assets, transmission lines, distribution infrastructure, meters, or any physical delivery facilities. All physical delivery of electricity and natural gas to your service address is provided by your existing local utility, which remains fully regulated by the applicable state public utility commission.

The brand name 'Daddy's Electric' does not imply, suggest, or represent that we are a utility, chartered supplier, or any entity regulated as a retail energy provider. Any interpretation of the name as implying such authority is expressly disclaimed.

WHITE OMAR LLC, operating as DADDY'S ELECTRIC, operates as your designated agent for the purpose of soliciting, receiving, and presenting competitive supply offers from licensed third-party electricity and natural gas suppliers ('Suppliers'). We are not affiliated with, owned by, or exclusive to any single Supplier.

Any supply contract you enter into as a result of our brokerage services is a direct contractual agreement between you and the selected Supplier. DADDY'S ELECTRIC is not a party to that contract, does not guarantee its terms, and does not assume any obligation of the Supplier thereunder.

Supply rates offered by Suppliers vary daily based on wholesale energy markets, capacity auctions, weather forwards, your load profile, your service territory, your rate class, and other factors. Historical or typical savings ranges (including any '10–40%' reference in our marketing) are illustrative only and do not constitute a promise, guarantee, or representation of the savings any specific customer will achieve.

Not all customers or accounts will qualify for competitive supply. Some Suppliers impose minimum usage thresholds, credit requirements, or geographic restrictions. Enrollment is subject to acceptance by the selected Supplier.

By signing our Letter of Authorization, you appoint WHITE OMAR LLC (operating as DADDY'S ELECTRIC) as your designated agent solely for the purpose of (a) obtaining historical usage, account, and tariff information from your current utility, and (b) soliciting supply offers on your behalf. The LOA does not authorize us to enroll you with any Supplier, switch your supply service, or incur any charges on your behalf. A separate written supply agreement between you and a Supplier is required before any enrollment.

The LOA is valid for twelve (12) months from the date signed unless revoked earlier in writing. You may revoke it at any time by emailing legal@daddyselectric.com.

By typing your name in the signature field and checking the consent box on our Get Started form, you agree that your typed signature constitutes a valid electronic signature under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 7001 et seq.) and any applicable state Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA), and has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.

WHITE OMAR LLC, operating as DADDY'S ELECTRIC, is compensated by the Supplier you ultimately select via a commission paid on the volume of energy delivered under your supply contract. You pay no fee directly to WHITE OMAR LLC or DADDY'S ELECTRIC. Commission rates vary by Supplier, product, term, and market. While we work to present the most competitive offer available across our network, customers acknowledge that variable commission structures may exist across Suppliers.

Nothing on this website or in any communication from DADDY'S ELECTRIC constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or regulated financial advice. Consult your own licensed advisors before entering into any energy supply contract, especially for large commercial or industrial loads.

Information you submit (name, address, account number, uploaded bill, usage data, e-signature, IP address) is stored securely and used solely to (a) obtain utility usage data, (b) solicit and present Supplier offers, and (c) service your account. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Uploaded bill files are stored in a private encrypted bucket and are accessible only to authorized DADDY'S ELECTRIC personnel and the Suppliers you specifically authorize.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WHITE OMAR LLC (operating as DADDY'S ELECTRIC) and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our brokerage services, any Supplier contract entered into as a result thereof, or any interruption or degradation of electric or natural gas service. Total aggregate liability, if any, shall not exceed the commissions actually received by WHITE OMAR LLC in connection with your account.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which your service address is located, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between the parties, and if unresolved after 30 days, to binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules.
